Founder
Viktoria Diskina, AIA, LEED AP
Viktoria has dedicated her entire professional life to improving human condition through design, no matter the size or the budget. Her career spans 26 years, 3 continents, and a wide range of project types. An architect and an urban designer, she comfortably navigates various project scales with the same rigor and attention to detail.
Viktoria is known for a bespoke approach to problem-solving and tailoring strategies to the unique challenges of each design assignment. She draws upon the diversity of her experience to develop solutions for projects with complex issues that may not fit a conventional typology.
Viktoria’s dedication to the profession extends into her involvement with academia. She has taught at Drexel University, Temple University, and NYIT. Currently Viktoria teaches advanced design studios at NJIT School of Architecture.
